Course Information

1. Krav Maga Force is recognized and a licensed contractor of the US Department of Defense, #8MS67.                      

2. Class attire is tactical/BDU style pants, t-shirt, and athletic shoes.  Officers will need their duty belt, holster, handcuffs, and vest.

3. Participants will receive training materials, Krav Maga Force TOP t-shirt, and level 1 instructor certificate upon successful completion.

4. This course is a 40-hour course, daily schedule :

     Monday:          8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
     Tuesday:         8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
     Wednesday:   8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
     Thursday:       8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
     Friday:             8:00 AM to 12:00 PM

***Participants should bring a reusable water bottle or plenty of water.***

No annual fees.

Maintaining your certification: Instructors must teach a minimum of 16-hours per year.  

Level 2 Instructor Course: Instructors must hold a Level 1 certification for two-years and be actively teaching to participate in the Level 2 certification course. Instructors who meet the time requirement, but are not actively teaching may participate in a Level 1 re-cert free of charge and then take the next scheduled Level 2 course.

I agree to assume the risks incidental to such participation and release the parties defined below, of all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any nature arising out of my participation training course. The released parties are Jason Adams, Laurian Lapadatu, Krav Maga Force, ACT Security Services, and Wake County Law Enforcement Training Center, its officers, their respective administrators, directors, agents, and other employees, staff, other participants, and if applicable, owners and lessees of premises used to conduct this training. I understand that this release and indemnity agreement includes any claims based on the negligence, action or inaction of any of the above released parties and covers bodily injury (including death) and property damage. I declare that I am physically fit, and have the skill level required to participate in this training. I further authorize medical treatment for myself at my costs, if the need arises. Finally, I agree to allow without compensation the use of any photographs, films, or videotaping of myself during the training.
